First it was Nayanthara who broke down on the last day of shooting for Sri Rama Rajyam, and then it was Trisha who became all emotional on the last day of shooting forDammu recently.

A teary-eyed Trisha said goodbye to Jr NTR, director Boyapati Sreenu, producer of the film and the other crew members. Nayanthara was of course saying goodbye to her acting career as she was to get married, so her tears might be justified. But what’s with Trisha? Is there a farewell here too?

Though Trisha could not be reached for a comment, her mother Uma Krishnan cleared the air. She said that Trisha is not quitting acting.

“Being a sensitive person, she hates goodbyes. She is also attached to the members of the unit and particularly NTR and Boyapati and that’s why she might have become emotional for a few moments, so what’s wrong about that?” asked her mother.

But when reminded about a similar tearful farewell by Nayanthara, she said, “It’s an unfair comparison, since Trisha is still in the reckoning and has no plans to quit. She is going to sign two more Telugu films soon.”
