Ishaqzaade seems to have caught the imagination of movie lovers all over the country. Director Habib Faisal’s romantic drama has been the subjects of many animated conversations in Tollywood as well.
Actor and producer Manchu Lakshmi admitted to have been blown away by Parineeti Chopra’s performance in the movie. “Snuck out of office to see #Ishaqzaade… Offffffffff. Loved it. Very touching. Beautifully executed. Fan of parineeti chopra” (sic) wrote Lakshmi on her twitter account.
Actor Nani also seemed to have liked what he saw. “Watched ishaqzaade … What a film .. Arjun and parineeti Wer fab .. Amit trivedi was at his best… Habib Faisal take a bow..Watch it” (sic) he posted on his twitter account.
Akhil Akkineni also lavished praise on the movie saying, “Saw Ishaqzaade today, very well executed, completely raw and the story speaks more the visuals. Just loved Parineeti Chopro, superb!” (sic). Writer BVS Ravi joined in the bandwagon saying, “Watched #Ishaqzaade Amit Trivedi arguably d best musician in native Indian music style comparable to VishalBharadwaj.strong narration” (sic).
Well, with so many Tollywood celebs giving the movie a big thumbs up, one has to wait and see whether any filmmaker would take the remake Ishaqzaade in Telugu.
