Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Bhanumathi’s 1954 classic movie will be remade in Telugu and Hindi. Tandra Ramesh would be remaking the film in Telugu and Hindi. The producer is presently making a film with Gopichand and Nayanatara.The makers are planning to rope a Nagarjuna for the role that was originally done by Akkineni Nageswara Rao. And for the role that was played by Bhanumathi, he said he’s in discussion with Vidya Balan and Deepika Padukone. Relangi Venkata Ramaiah, Rushyendramani, V. Sivaram and Sandhya had played lead roles in the classic, which was directed and produced by P. S. Ramakrishna Rao
