Nagarjuna's socio-fantasy thriller Damarukam completed its second schedule recently. The film was shot in the backdrop of various temples in the AP-Karnataka border for nearly a fortnight.
The new schedule is currently taking place at Ramoji Film City. Directed by Srinivas Reddy, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad.
Anushka is paired opposite Nag. For the Rajanna star, this movie from RR Movie Makers is definitely a big thing to have happened in a long time because a budget of Rs. 35 cr. is huge by any standards.
It is learnt that the film's subject is loosely inspired by Amish Tripathi's 'The Immortals of Meluha.' Going by this, Nag would be donning the role of a human-God (Lord Shiva) who ascends from man to being a God by the end, saving a Utopian kingdom from misery and darkness.

The story takes place in the backdrop of rowdyism and thuggery in the once-dreaded city, in which lynching, political murders and internecine rivalries had been infamously rampant. Bejawada holds immense importance for Chai. It is because his last film Dhada flopped miserably at the box office.
Priyudu, its makers rave, is not your regular love story. It is class apart. Starring Varun Sandesh Preethika and Shweta Basu, the audio is slated to release on Nov. 11. The film will be released in the last leg of November.
Directed by Shravan and produced by Uday Kiran under the banner UK Avenues, the film would be a treat for family audiences as well.
