Jr.NTR’s ‘Dammu’has been getting a good expectations from the public and NTR has been sporting a powerful new look.
The latest buzz doing rounds is Yesteryear heroine Bhanupriya who was last seen in Allari Naresh’s Pellaindhikani has bagged a big role. She is going to essay the role of Young Tiger NTR’s mother in his upcoming mass entertainer Dammu.
The movie is being directed by Boyapati Sreenu and Alexander Vallabha is producing the film. The movie had Shruti Haasan as the heroine but she has dropped out due to date issues. After Kajal was approached to step in and was almost finalized. But Kajal too couldn’t accommodate bulk dates for Ntr Dammu movie. According to sources, now Trisha has been steepened into shoes of Kajal. Producers of Dammu movie have approached Trisha to do the female role and she has accepted the offer. We are yet to receive an official confirmation regarding this.
NTR is confident on Dammu success as its being helmed by Boyapati Sreenu who has been riding high with 100% success rate in Tollywood.
The film is scheduled for a release on April 5, 2012.
