Now, the latest news is Karthika is being roped in by the makers to play the second fiddle to Kajal. The dusky beauty will be seen romancing Young Tiger in his forthcoming film Dammu.
Though Karthika debuted with Naga Chaitanya’s Josh, it is only with Jiiva’s Rangam she earned fame. Dammu is a big-ticket film and will surely be an opportunity for Karthika to prove her mettle at Tollywood Box-Office.
Being directed by Boyapati Sreenu and produced by Alexander Vallabha on the banner of Creative Commercials, Dammu has music by MM Keeravani.
It may be recalled that ace filmmaker Rajamouli spoke high about the forthcoming project last month. “Tarak played 4 songs from Dammu. Never heard such high energy songs from MMK b4. Though it is too early to comment I am getting a feeling. Boyapati Garu is going to redefine MASS films with this one.” He explained on Twitter.
